September Sound Bath at CRC

Service Description

Lie back, surrounded by fairy lights, candles and autumn leaves and make yourself comfortable! You will be gently guided into rest with an autumn themed meditation before the healing sounds Tibetian Singing bowls along and other sound healing instruments wash over you. Sound baths are a shortcut to a meditative state; they act to help reduce stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure and pain, improve sleep, well-being, and mental clarity. At the end you will be gently bought back and offered a grounding treat of fresh fruit and homemade cinnamon cookies before you head out into the evening.
